How we’re free

Every feature is free to use. Moving money through Between Hugs Payments has a published fee.

Families stay connected

Families never pay us to use the app or to pay by bank. There are no subscriptions, seat fees or per-child software fees.

Payments and optional keepsakes

The center pays a published processing fee on payments moved through Between Hugs Payments. Families may also choose to purchase keepsakes. Eligible schools earn a share of those purchases.

Written into the promise

Every feature is free for as long as we operate. Any change needs 12 months’ written notice, a free full export, and your right to leave without a fee.

No third-party ads. We only tell you about our own keepsakes, and you can turn that off.
